in one little year…
Isabella turned one last Wednesday! How crazy that she has been with us for a whole year. I am not big on celebrating birthdays for one year olds because Bella could care less. But we did sing happy birthday at our youth group meeting on Wednesday and eat cupcakes. Bella seemed quite overwhelmed by the whole thing. We had a small family party the next night where she was showered with gifts from grandparents and her aunt and uncles.

The next day she had her 1 year check up and here are her stats: She is 21 lbs (50%) and 30″ (75%). Although I am starting to doubt the consistency of the scale because at her friend Randall’s 1 year check up he was 30″ and only in the 50%. Who knows.
In other news, we are finally announcing to the masses that we are pregnant with #2. We are 12 weeks along and are very excited. It is an amazing blessing to be expecting another child! I have been lame at posting anything relating to our lives because I have had terrible morning sickness once again which seems to have subsided. The c-section is currently scheduled for 10.16.08. More to come….

I think I figured out the 50th vs 75th thing… they have a separate scale for boys and girls. So Bella is in the 75th, while Randall is only in the 50th even though they measure the same. Mystery solved! We are so thankful for y’all and for sweet Bella! Missed you tonight.

How CUTE!!! I love your blog!Sorry I have not been blogging lately! I have been taping shows. What was I thinking?? Hah! Maybe it is a good thing I wasn’t thinking! If you get a minute, check it out. I’d love to hear what you think. I am inviting all my blog friends over for feedback. http://www.dishingwithdebbie.com Your stories are great and my whole idea behind this show is for other moms to share real stories like you do. Sponsors are donating neat prizes like chocolate baskets and mini-chef aprons and way cool cookery stuff. Anyway, I’d love to hear from you.
